We are currently seeking an Account Trainee to join our Accounts and Finance team. This role offers a great opportunity to provide effective support in various accounting tasks. As an Account Trainee, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in Accounts Payable
• Handling invoicing and customer enquiries
• Managing supplier and customer databases
• Assisting in Purchase order Management
• Entering credit card and fuel card expenses and arranging receipts by date
• Assisting in processing Customer and supplier Credit Applications and sending approval letters
• Answering phone calls
• Acting as a backup for other team members
